Its staff and location were great that's why I liked the place.

Food and drinks are pleasant, I appreciated soft bed. Near a bus stop, it makes every part of Birmingham easily accessible. The fact that it has a quick check in, that worked great for me.

I enjoyed staff and rooms, which were superb.

Had fantastic stay for a long time, the staff were welcoming, location was stunning and as close to the train stations.

Hotel's reception was efficient with accommodating personnel. The room was airy and soundproof and the location was unbeatable. The beds were extremely comfy and the bathroom here was luxurious.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building close to New Street train stations, the centre, Grand Central.

Clean place with FLEXIBLE staff. Priceless view, a good balcony, quiet bed, too. I found a store in the lobby.

I really enjoyed the place and its staff and amenities. The lovely beach was located near the property. There also was great parking and great pool.

majestic location; fresh made breakfast and great bed. it was very sweet and bathroom included a jacuzzi.

Convenient locaiton, close to shops/ attractions and a 5 minute walk from the coach station

We loved this place. The hotel has excellent people and cleanliness. Birmingham Shopping district deserves to be explored. The rooms were big and had kitchenette. They had a friendly check-in too.

near to cadbury world, 5 minutes' walk to birmingham moor street train station. located in the busy area. within a walking distance of the restaurant browns. digbeth neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.
